—  HOT   —   HOT   —   HOT  —

Waiter ECC now offers three models that’ll fit most needs and budgets.

Waiter ECC Replacements for Intellitect ECCReplace your existing or failed Intellitec thermostat with one of these modern technology ECCs for about the same cost as it would to repair your old unit.  Our popular Waiter ECC, Waiter TS, and Waiter Legacy are plug and play for the majority of installations. All kits come complete with a new operator panel and replacement control module circuit board, and various components needed for a retrofit (see notes).  Compare the features in the chart below.

REPAIR vs REPLACE

We’re not affiliated with or related to M&M RV Electronics, but if you’d like to compare the price to repair your old Intellitec system, contact  M&M RV Electronics (419) 965-3014.  After getting their estimate to repair your 20 year old system, consider replacing it with a new, modern Waiter ECC for about the same cost. All three Waiter ECC systems are loaded with features the original system never dreamed of.

Waiter ECC   (BUY NOW)  – This is our flagship controller thats loaded with features. The operators panel is a 7 inch color touch screen that’s easy to see and automatically dims to preset levels so as not to be to bright during the day or night. The user selects the various modes and settings by simply touching the screen. (See OPERATION)

Waiter Legacy –  (BUY NOW)  – This is our most economical replacement. The operators panel is similar to the original Intellitec panel. Temperature set points and mode controls use dedicated slide switches. Additional features include faulty sensor indication, more robust status LED indications, etc. (See OPERATION)

COMPARISON CHART – Compare the features between the various Waiter ECC systems.  All three Waiter ECC systems are micro processor based and come complete with everything you need for a successful retrofit. To ensure you order the correct options, verify what Intellitec system you currently have. (see below).

NOTE 1:  Waiter ECC is compatible with all A/C unit BTUs . The installed A/C BTUs are set with configuration switches or configuration screen, there’s no need for specific control boards or resistors to match what A/C BTUs are installed. Also, early model motor-homes will require the temperature sensors and connectors be changed from 2.2k to 10k, these are included when ordering the early model kit.

NOTE 2:   All Waiter control module circuit boards can perform full output test. Legacy and TS models include A/C test switch on control module board. All models perform continuous bad sensor tests. Legacy model can perform sensor and set point test.

IMPORTANT —  READ THE FOLLOWING.  There are three variations of the Intellitec system installed between 1994 – 2008.   Regardless of what Waiter system you purchase, you MUST order the correct option kit or you won’t have the correct parts to install the Waiter system. If you’re not 100% sure contact us,  this will save you frustration when you go to install and find out you’re missing a part.

OPERATOR PANEL DESCRIPTION
EARLY VERSION:  This version has red/blue graph bands on the sides to show temperature set points of the slide control. ALSO – Verify the part numbers for the controller and control module will be 00-003xx-xxx.  This version was used in early model Fleetwood motor homes from about 1994 – 1998.  SEE NOTE #1
COMMON VERSION: This version has numbers to indicate the temperature set point on the slide control. To verify, check the part numbers on the controller and control module will be 00-005xx-xxx. This is the most common version,  installed from about 1998 – 2005.   SEE NOTE #2
LATE VERSION: There’s no mistaking this model from the others.  All part numbers for the controller and control module will be 00-008xx-xxx. Used in 30 amp Fleetwood motor homes after about 2004. SEE NOTE #3

** NOTE 1 :  Early model Intellitec operator panel # 00-003XX-XXX (has red and blue graphic bands on the ends) utilizes 2.2k ohm temperature sensors.  These sensors are not compatible with later model Intellitec systems or the Waiter ECC system (uses 10k ohm sensors) and must be replaced.  Also, the original sensors mount flush to the wall and are very slow to respond to temperature changes.  The new style sensors protrude out from the wall, are very accurate, and respond quickly to temperature changes.

** NOTE 2 : This is the most common model used by Fleetwood.  All modules and operator panel will have part numbers  # 00-005XX-XXX. Uses existing enclosures and wiring.  No changes needed. Used with one or two furnaces.

** NOTE 3 : Late model Intellitec operator panel # 00-008XX-XXX uses a smaller size control circuit board and enclosure. Since the Waiter ECC control circuit board won’t fit in your original enclosure, we include a new 3D printed enclosure with your kit. Unlike the original Intellitec operator panel, the Waiter ECC allows you to control your front and rear A/C units separately.
